I work for a phone company.if you are running dls, just call your provider and tell them that you want upgrade your modem and most of the time they will just give you one. you may have to listen to some terms, but for the most parts its worth it.
i only have to pcs too but you have to get four at the lowist there is no diffrants and speed anless there are more pcs i have a $12 linksys cheep thing and it works good get it a walmart bestbuy and others
You can get a basic one at walmart from $30 - $150
